We have been collaborating with Science Notes magazine to tell the story of the Salton Sea, from its accidental creation, over its heydays with wild parties and boat-races, the water transfers that turn it into a toxic dustbowl to its dystopian future. The story was published in Science Notes No.2 in 2018.
