The LandRush iPad-App was originally developed for the World of Matter exhibition at the Hartware Medienkunst Verein (HMKV), Dortmund in 2014. At the moment, it features three extensive stories that combine short documentary films with texts, video moments, interviews and journalistic photography:

• The Farm documents how international land investments in Ethiopia change the social and environmental fabric of the Gambella region
• The Road follows the extension of the Soy Highway in Western Brazil, that drives the agricultural boom ever deeper into the Amazon basin
• Family Affairs is an intimate collaboration with two family farms, which are thriving due to ethanol production in rural Iowa, USA.
